Budget hotel in a retail/commercial area close to the racecourse. Very comfortable super king-size bed, lovely crisp cotton sheets in a clean spacious room. Parking was a little tight. Very helpful staff. Food served til about 9. The fish and chips was good. Recommended.
Stayed here a couple months ago for a night out in Doncaster. The hotel is situated just off the M18 so easy to get to by car with parking outside the hotel, or if on foot its only a few mins away from Doncaster Town centre by taxi. The staff were friendly on arrival and during the stay and the hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were OK with everything you'd expect for a budget hotel. TV on wall, kettle with tea/coffee, air con which was a god send as it was a warm night and a comfortable bed. Bathroom had a shower you could sit in which for some will be useful (not sure if in all rooms). My only complaint on the room was i couldn't shut the window fully as bit of noise outside and the toilet seat was broken. But for the price of the room etc its only a small complaint. I do know the hotel served some food but I did not sample this so cannot comment. This is a hotel I would stay in again if I was to go back to sunny Donny.

Lovely hotel that met the needs for the evening stay. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. One issue was the dining facilities. We came for our evening meal and the only set up area was with huge family tables which was not suitable for just the two of us so we sat in the restaurant area but it felt quite excluding. When we came down for breakfast everyone was in the restaurant and again found ourselves with no where to sit. We ended up taking turns on a chair due to there only being one left for the two of us. Overall a pleasant stay and should we ever find ourselves back in Doncaster we would know exactly where to go! Staff were very nice and friendly.
Excellent wonderful helpful cooperative staff. We reached around 7 in evening. We were given a family room. Room was excellent size with clean bedding. We were surprised to see the quality of toiletries which I have never seen in even the best of hotels. The only hotel I have seen in country where air conditioner floor heater and fan was provieded before arrival. The best part was the 2 young lads on reception in evening especially Luke. Both were extremely cooperative and helpful young boys. They helped us with each and everything. They never said NO to any request. I will highly recommend the hotel especially because of hospitality and wonderful attitude of young boys.
Staff are friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough for us. Rooms are really clean with everything you can need. We had a cooked breakfast in the morning which was freshly cooked and made with quality produce.
Absolutely fantastic hotel, stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Couldn't have wished for a better room, with a very smart set up with all facilities working correctly and a generously large flat screen HD TV in every room. Air conditioning was fully working which was a lifesaver in this weather and was quiet enough to sleep over. Food was delicious every single day, for breakfast and dinner and every single staff member delivered service with a smile, including the trainee Luke (tips given) Will be staying again soon, no doubt
